Recommendation, acquisition, sourcing, commissioning and Installation of 8 Fuji machine initially in Brisbane

- Adapted and sourced different machinery via Fuji France and Vietnam due to short lead times.
- Partnered with National Coding Technologies to supply thermal inkjet printers for each Fujo Flow wrapper to print expiry and batch codes.
- Delivered a solution that could achieve high speed on composite foil laminate, hermitically sealed with Fuji’s induction centre sealing technology, not damaging the film in the process.
- Upscaled the Brisbane facility enabling the proof point for the US contract win.
- Leverage the entire Fuji Distribution Network working with Fuli Machinery (Japan) and foremost Fuji (US) delivery all primary packaging needs for Ellume.
- Produce 100,000 tests per month in the Australian facility and 19 million tests per month in the US facility.
